Welcome to betnis. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "User," or "you") and betnis ("betnis," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at betnis.bio ("the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the betnis Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies, rules, or guidelines published on betnis.bio from time to time.

To access real-money gaming services on betnis, you are required to register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one betnis account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, or using different payment methods — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a serious violation that may result in permanent account closure.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. betnis will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone.
• Account Transferability: betnis accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or pledge your account or any balance within it to any other person.
• KYC Compliance: betnis operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) program. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Accepted Philippine government IDs include but are not limited to: PhilSys ID, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, and passport.

betnis reserves the right to decline any account registration application without providing a reason, at its sole discretion.

betnis accepts deposits through a range of Philippine-friendly payment methods, including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The following terms apply to all deposits made on the Platform:

• All accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits made via cryptocurrency will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the betnis cashier section. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.
• Deposits are generally credited to your betnis account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment provider. betnis is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• All funds deposited into your betnis account must originate from a payment source in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are prohibited.
• betnis does not charge fees for deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which betnis accepts no responsibility.

betnis is committed to processing withdrawals promptly for all verified players. The following conditions govern the withdrawal of funds from your betnis account:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name that matches the details on file with your betnis account.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and UnionBank are processed within 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Withdrawals may only be made once your account has completed the required KYC verification steps. betnis reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in the betnis cashier. Withdrawal requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
• betnis reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms pending investigation.
• In cases where a withdrawal request is flagged for review, betnis will notify the affected player and aim to complete the review within 5 business days.

betnis offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated on the promotion page.
• One Bonus Per Household: Promotional offers are limited to one per person, household, IP address, and payment method. betnis will void bonuses and related winnings where abuse of this policy is detected.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, certain slots, and table games may contribute at reduced rates. The contribution percentages for each game category are available in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus funds and associated winnings remaining in your account after the expiry date will be automatically forfeited without notice.
• Modification and Withdrawal of Offers: betnis reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, including where betnis suspects the promotion is being exploited, manipulated, or abused.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While a bonus is active, a maximum bet limit applies per spin or per hand as specified in the individual promotion terms. Bets exceeding this limit may result in bonus disqualification and voiding of related winnings.

betnis's determination of whether any bonus terms have been violated is final. Any decision to withhold bonus winnings or void a bonus is made at betnis's sole discretion, subject to applicable gaming regulations.

All games offered on the betnis Platform are governed by individual game rules which are accessible within the game interface. The following general gaming terms apply across all betnis products:

• All slot games and random number generator (RNG)-based table games use certified RNG technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG systems are independently audited on a regular basis.
• Live casino games are provided by licensed third-party game studios. The rules and procedures of those games are determined by the studio provider and displayed within the live game interface.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, betnis's logs will be used to determine the final outcome of the affected round. betnis's decision in such matters is final.
• Any bets placed after a game round has concluded due to a technical error will be voided and stakes returned.
• betnis is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of a player's own internet connection issues, device failure, or power interruption on the player's side.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all games and are displayed within each game interface. These limits are subject to change without prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betnis Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all account balances, and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraudulent Activity: Any act of fraud, including but not limited to using stolen payment credentials, identity theft, or misrepresentation of personal information.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in poker or live table games.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonuses or promotional offers, including but not limited to matched betting using betnis bonuses, opening multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, or coordinating with others to meet wagering requirements artificially.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, automated software, or any artificial intelligence tool to play games on betnis, regardless of whether it provides an advantage.
• Money Laundering: Using the betnis Platform to conceal, disguise, or legitimize the proceeds of any criminal activity, in violation of Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) provisions.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks with your payment provider for deposits made to your betnis account that were subsequently wagered.
• Unauthorized Third-Party Access: Accessing or attempting to access another player's betnis account, or permitting any other person to access your account.

betnis is deeply committed to the promotion of responsible gaming practices. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment and not a source of financial or personal harm. betnis provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betnis shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the betnis Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses;
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data;
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform;
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted to or through the Platform by any third party;
• Any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Platform.

betnis's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your betnis account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

betnis collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By using the betnis Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

betnis complies with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), and implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction.

Your personal data will never be sold to third parties for marketing purposes. betnis may share your data with regulated third-party payment processors, game providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law.

betnis reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting to betnis.bio unless a later effective date is specified.

If any amendment is unacceptable to you, your sole recourse is to cease using the betnis Platform and close your account. Any balance remaining at the time of account closure will be processed in accordance with the withdrawal procedures in Section 5.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Philippine law and relevant gaming regulations.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit your rights as a consumer under applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation.
